Glue is applied at a set rate, and then the conveyor belt runs your rolls through a kief curtain giving you a perfect layer. The finished rolls come off the line looking the same each time. No guesswork, no re-work.

The Kief Curtain
Once your rolls have a layer of glue, simply place them on the conveyor where each unit will go through a kief curtain and then be vibrated to remove excess material.
